Bastion Mental Health, PLLC is dedicated to providing the highest quality, compassionate, and competent mental health care to patients of all ages, from children (age 5+) to the geriatric population (over 65 years of age). As an advanced practice provider, my goal is to extend evidence-based, collaborative, and patient-centered care to address the mental health needs of our community.

In-person & tele appointments
While Bastion Mental Health has grown beyond my expectations, I am currently only offering tele-health services. The plan is to open an in-person office by Fall of 2026 where I will be able to see clients in-person and via tele-health.

I provide a range of resources to support my patients, including educational materials, self-help tools, and community resources. I believe that knowledge is power, and I am committed to empowering my patients to take control of their mental health.

I accept most insurance plans and offer a range of payment options to make my services accessible to all. Please contact me for more information about insurance and payment policies if needed.
Currently accepting: ID Medicaid, Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Regence Blue Shield of Idaho, Blue Cross of Idaho, Oxford, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Select Health "SLHP," and self-pay.
